Fred Anderson, 53, an employee of Curtis Companies, Inc., for 27 years and a life-long resident of Clinton, died this morning at 7:40 a.m. in Jane Lamb hospital, where he had been a patient for two weeks. The body has been taken to Snell funeral home, where it will repose beginning Tuesday.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are not yet complete.
Mr. Anderson lived at 210 Second Avenue, South. He was born in Clinton Jan. 27, 1891, the son of Jens J. and Ane M. Anderson. He was married to Dora Klahn here Sept. 1, 1943.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
