Jeannette was born Feb. 21, 1929, in Proctor. She loved to be silly, tell jokes, make people laugh and was a good friend to many. She entertained her friends and family on the accordion, keyboard, piano, and organ. She always wore hats and belonged to the Red Hat Society "Dazzling Dolls". She enjoyed dancing, traveling, playing cards, and cooking.
Jeannette was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Anstett; and her second husband, James Thayer.
She is survived by her daughters Gloria Anstett and Kathy Touryan; sons James Anstett and Jon Anstett and their families; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister Martha Larson of Proctor; sisters-in-law Delores Leveille, Lois Leveille and Ernestine Anstett and their families. All who will miss her dearly.
