Later they moved to Hillsdale, Michigan, where the Hillsdale college was so the children, Roscoe A. and Estella Mary could attend. They both graduated and became educators.
Roscoe A. was shown as Professor in 1880 census, and by 1900, he had served as Superintendent of City Schools in Plymouth, Marshall, Indiana. He is shown in the City Directory in 1912. He married Carrie E. (unk) Chase, about 1870.
