Franklin Dodd Ferguson, 28, died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Simon in Mason. The young man underwent an operation two weeks ago for appendicitis but he had neglected the operation that his condition became very severe. His body was put to rest in the Crosby Cemetery officiated by Rev. Rader.

Survived by his young wife; four children, the oldest of which is six years; two sisters - Annie Posey, Mrs. Gard Bolt; two brothers - Kay Ferguson, Will Ferguson.
