E. H. Mabe died at his home one mile southeast of Selmore on December 19th at 5:40 o'clock at the age of 48 years, 5 months and 19 days.
The funeral services were held at the Highlandville Baptist church on December 20th at 2 o'clock by Rev. Ross Carter with burial in the Highlandville cemetery under the direction of T. B. Chaffin.
He leaves his wife and two sons and one daughter besides other relatives and friends to mourn his departure.
