Mrs. Helen Cora Sloan, 69, of 312 Jackson, died Monday in North Plains Hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in New Light Pentecostal Holiness Church. The Rev. Lavon Thompson of Amarillo, assisted by Rev. Elvis Peck, pastor of the New Light Pentecostal Holiness Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sloan, a housewife and a native of Wagoner, Okla., was a Borger resident for 33 years. She was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church, and was married in Rozel, Kan., July 12 1933.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. R.G. Sloan; one son, John of Guymon, Okla.; three daughters, Mrs. Betty Baxter of Pampa, Mrs. Martha Gibson of Guymon, and Mrs. Mary Aldridge of Cleburne; one brother, George W. Wassom of Wagoner, Okla.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
