Arden O. DeTar of San Bernardino, born in Kansas, resided in San Bernardino County for 41 years, died there on Thursday at the age of 74. He was employed as a salesman was was survived by his wife, Blanche, three daughters, Norma Morrison and Pat Collin, both of San Bernardino and Darden Galvin of Rialto, a son, Orville of Ohio, 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services will be under direction of Hughes Loma Linda Mortuary with interment at Montecito Memorial Park.
