DOLA - Charles Eikenbary, 60, a retired railroader, died at 3 p.m. Saturday in his home following an illness of five years.
Born Oct. 18, 1903, he was a son of Nelson and Lilly Eikenbary. In 1931, he married Pearl Sites, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Charles and Robert, both of Dola; two sisters, Mrs. Naomi Carey of Lima and Mrs. Beatrice Kindle of Dola; and four brothers, Guy of Bluffton, Leroy of Marion, Harvey of Tiffin and John of Kenton.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Keiper Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dola Cemetery.
