Noma Jean Stiers, age 63, of Mountain Home died October 2, 2004 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was born September 23, 1941 to the late Johnnie Dale and Mary Joan (Hicks) Kirkland in Walker Mine, California. She is the treasurer of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary 3246. She married Floyd Ken Stiers September 12, 1997 in Mountain Home.
Survivors are her husband: Floyd Ken Stiers of Mountain Home; one daughter: Tammy Johnson and husband David of Jefferson City, Missouri; one step-daughter: Denise Kucginski and husband Joel of Mountain Home; a grandson Jeremy Johnson and wife Jackie; two step –grandchildren Logan and Jenna Kucginski of Mountain Home and two sisters Patsy Trivitt and husband Chester and Janice Miller husband Don.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 5, 2004 from 12:00 – 9:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Ladies VFW Auxiliary 3246.
