Mrs. Audie Priscilla Morgan, age 90, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away January 12, 2007 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Mrs. Morgan was born November 21, 1916 in Carroll County, Georgia, daughter of Burl and Esther (McGuire) Camp. She was a member of New Georgia Baptist Church and worked as a Music Teacher.

Survivors include her daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle (Evelyn) Black of Hiram, Mr. and Mrs. Charles (Elaine) Norred of Hiram, amd Mr. and Mrs. Gary (Lavonne) Ruff of Dallas; son, Mr. and Mrs. Randell (Jane) Morgan of Dallas; sister, Mrs. Lois Hembree of Villa Rica, 6 grandchildren, Derek Norred, Kevin Norred, Samuel M. Ruff, Jill Morgan, Deanna Crouse, and Amber Black; one great-grandchild, Ben Cole and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Burl (Esther) Camp, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. A.J. "Doc" Morgan; daughter, Mrs. Carolyn Morgan Pope and four sisters.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 3:00 PM in Benson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Burdette, Mr. Charles Bice, and Elder Frank Andrews officiating. Special music was rendered by Bobbie Jean Leggett, Ned Cooper, Ruth Williams, and Madge Robinson.

Interment followed in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Sam Ruff, Derek Norred, Kevin Norred, Ben Cole, Robert Crouse, Jack Cole, and Jerry Searcy.

Benson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
