LAWRENCE - The funeral for Lynn I. Barker, 74, of Lawrence, who died Friday, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Lawrence United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Hill Cemetery, Lawrence. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Leonard Funeral Home, Lawrence. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
Mr. Barker was born May 21, 1912, in Lawrence. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Lawrence Lions Club and the Van Buren County Farm Bureau.
Survivors include: his mother, Bertha Barker of Lawton; a son, Irwin Barker of Lawton; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Marilynn) Goss of Lawrence; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth, Dec. 5, 1977, and a daughter, Carolyn, in 1939.
