It appears he may have married again as 1850 he is at Burke, Franklin, New York age 85 with Harriet 59, Alanson 7 and Joel 18, and Harriet is buried Thayer's Corner also, I have been told noted wife of Amasa, but have not yet (2014)confirmed this.
