Otho Grove, retired C & O Canal Boatman died at his home in Sharpsburg yesterday morning at 8 o'clock of cancer after an illness of several years. He was 63 years. For the past eight years Mr Grove had been bedfast. He was a sufferer of the disease that resulted in his death for the past twenty years. Surviving besides his wife are the following children, all living in Sharpsburg; Clyde, Oliver, William, Mrs Aggie Mose, Mrs Bessie Bender, Mrs Vada McGraw, Mrs Nora DeLauney.
