MUNFORDVILLE — Roberta Humphrey, 87, of Munfordville, died at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 9, 2011, at her home.
The Cub Run native was a housewife and a member of Little Flock Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Herbert Dorsey and Josey Logsdon Dorsey and the wife of the late Chester Humphrey. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruby Philpott; and three brothers, Noble, Ed and Clay Dorsey.
Funeral is at 2 p.m. Friday at Sego Funeral Home, with burial in Little Flock Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and begins at 8 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include two sons, Damond Humphrey and Delbert Humphrey, both of Munfordville; five daughters, Dessie Hester, Bessie Reynolds, Alberta Crump, Betty Middleton and Debbie Gibson, all of Munfordville; a sister, Myrtle Taylor of Munfordville; a brother, Elmo Dorsey of Munfordville; 22 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
