She was born in Gays, the daughter of Stephen and Flora Alexander. She married Dr. Burl Gray in 1920. He died in 1947. She was the past president of the Altrusa Club in Joliet, a member of the Joliet Business and Professional Club, and past matron of the Order of Eastern Star in Windsor. Surviving were two sisters, Mrs. Hollis [Virginia] Brewer and Mrs. E. H. [Aly Jane] Meier, both of Casper, Wyo. Burial in Ash Grove Cemetery.
