I could not find them in Quaker records, at least where I was looking. Some genealogical sites give John Chase Gove as the son of Moses Gove and Hannah Chase of Weare, New Hampshire. His mother, Hannah, died 1831 in Lincoln.
I did find, under Moses Gove the following:
Received at Ferrisburgh Monthly Meeting from Wear [sic] MM Moses Gove with wife Hannah and ch: Nathan, Levi & John. May 3, 1804.
