Visitation will be from 1 p.m. today until funeral time at Thibodaux Funeral
Home in Cut Off.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic
Church.
Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Galliano.
Survivors include his wife, Marie J. Allemand; one son, Winfred Lafont; one
brother, Elie Lafont Jr. of Golden Meadow; two sisters, Mrs. Levie Bourgeois of
Galliano and Elsie Terrebonne of Golden Meadow; and one granddaughter.
He is preceded in death by one son, Andrew Lafont Jr.; and one sister, Mrs.
Alphonse Cheramie.
