Dover-Foxcroft--Herbert G. Kinney, 88, died Aug. 25 at a Veteran's Hospital in Hampton, VA. The former Dover-Foxcroft resident was born Jan. 1, 1885 in Bridgewater, the son of Rev. C. Allen Kinney and Mary E. Belyea. He was a veteran of World War I and was active for many years in YMCA work. He spent most of his life in Muncie, Ind. where he was a clothing salesman. Survivors include a brother, Clifton C. Kinney of Casco and a sister Mrs. Albert (Fern) Noyes of Veazie. Graveside services are planned for Aug. 30, 3:30 p.m. at the family lot in Dover Cemetery with the Rev. Gordon Hemphill officiating.
