He was married to Ellene 'Thompson' on January 31, 1949.
He was preceded in death by his son, Marlin Fulks.
He was survived by: his wife, Ellene Thompson Fulks of the home, his son Leslie Glenn Fulks and Eva of Newark; and three daughters: Negha Jean Osborn of Manchester, MO; Vaunita Lynn LaBarre of Colorado Springs, CO; and Mary Arlene Sickbert of Manchester, MO.; one brother, Albert Leslie Fulks of Mountain View; two sisters, Mary Burns of Villa Ridge, MO and Ima Cruse of Mountain View; and 16 grand-children.
His granddaughter Julia Fulks passed away on April 9, 2010.
Services were held at Mount Joy Baptist Church with Rev. Loyd Nesbitt and Rev. Takumi Nishiuchi officiating. Burial was in Mount Joy Cemetery in Stone County.
Pallbearers were: Donald Ray Barham, Junior Fulks, Robert Garcia, Paul Turner, Erran Ray Davis, Thurlow Fulks, and Jessie Garcia.
