Born on Aug. 6, 1922, in Kirby, she was the daughter of the late Newton Hott and Lillie M. (Haines) Racey.
Allura was a homemaker and a member of the Kirby Assembly of God Church.
Preceded in death by a sister, Wilda Pownall; and a brother, Eston Hott and was the last member of her immediate family.
Surviving is her husband, John E. Racey; four sons Oral Racey of Moorefield, W.Va., Ernie Racey, Eddie Racey and Dwight Racey all of Kirby; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, at the McKee Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Joe Eversole officiating.
Interment will follow at the Hott's Chapel Cemetery, Kirby. Family will receive friends on Monday from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
