Wm. Henry Coonrod, was the son of John and Elizabeth (Smithee) Coonrod. (TX dth cent).
Occupation was a retired minister. Don't know when he went to Okla, but sometime after his last child as shown on Family Tree was born in Texas ca 1903.
His name appears in 1929 Minutes of the Center Ass'n of Free Will Baptists, in Pontotoc Co. Okla, as living at Davis, OK which was included in their district. Interesting, a John W. Smithey, a minister and member whose family was from Grayson/Bonham area was also living at Davis, OK. (Note that Wm. H's mother m/n was "Smithee" on TX d/cert). In the 1940 and 1941, meetings, he gave his address as Burris City, OK, where he is listed as pastor.
In the 1944 list of pastors, it gives his address as Dennison, TX.
