Daisy was our mother's (Ollie Mae Matthews Bowers) sister. In the top photo Aunt Daisy is the pretty lady on the right hand side. The second photo was taken at Aunt Mollie's house in Fredonia, KS. Left to right, Aunt Lida Mollie Johnson Wise, Ollie Mae Matthews Bowers, Will Wise (Aunt Mollie's husband) and Daisy Pearl Matthews Economakis.If you will click directly on the photos, they will enlarge.Daisy and Ollie May were sisters, and Mollie was their aunt. We believe that her husband, George Economakis, b.1895, d.1987, died in Europe and was returned to Athens, Greece for burial as was George's brother, Nick, who died in 1979. There was some connection with Fargo, N. Dakota, but we don't know what it was. These nice headstone photos are courtesy of Terri Walker who lives in OK and volunteered to take these photos.
