O.C. Pitkin's History of Marshfield, VT 1941:
"Albert m 2nd Aug 8, 1984 in Weyauwega, WI, Flora Bell Stoner of Weyauwega, dau of John Stoner, b 1815, d May 18, 1899, and Almira Cipperlie, d Oct. 9,1873. She was the youngest of 8 children...

After the death of her mother, Flora was adopted by Oramel A. Rich and his wife Martha Louise Colburn, b Lyme NH, of Weyauwega. After the death of Albert N. Bliss, she married 2nd in1922 Silas H. Packer. During his life Albert N. Bliss did his trading in Marshfield and was probably the most liberal of the supporters of the Methodist Church there."

Her biological parents are #19538144 and #113794502. The photo I added shows the whole family listed. Sons Alex and David, and sister Silvia did not live long.
