Lucinda was the daughter of Matthew Anderson and Rebekah Drake. Every census states that she was born in Indiana.. She married Charles Avery Billings on 16 November 1848 in Jamestown, Grant County, Wisconsin, and they had several children to include: Amanda, Helen, Albert, John, Mary, Charles (died as infant), Warden, Rosella (Rose), and Arten (Artie). I believe her father was killed in a war; as her mother and her younger brother's : John N and Matthew G Anderson are seen in a couple censuses living in the Billings household. Lucinda died of liver problems.. She is buried next to her husband.
