Funeral services for Mrs. Royden Gustin, town of Deerfield, Waushara county were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Plainfield Baptist church. Rev. Asa Hoskins officiated and burial was in the Oasis cemetery. Mrs. Gustin died Monday, Dec. 18, in Stevens Point after a year's illness.
Mrs. Gustin was born Ruth Vroman on April 9, 1904, in the town of Oasis, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vroman. She was married to Royden Gustin on Sept. 18, 1923.
In addition to her husband she is survived by three sons, Boyd, town of Deerfield, Raymond, Milwaukee, and Emmett, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Jack Weldon, Wisconsin Rapids; her mother, Mrs. Vroman; two sisters and three brothers. Two children preceded her in death.
The pallbearers for the services were Joseph Quinland, Andrew Dennison, Russell Gustin, Reid Gustin Jr. Robert Gustin and Bob Poplin.
