Dalmacio F. Tizon, an Aurora resident, died Tuesday in Aurora. He was 73.
Mass of Christian burial will be said at 10:30 a.m. today at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 13120 E. Kentucky Ave. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
Tizon was born Dec. 5, 1922, in Pangasinan, Philippines. On March 6, 1942, he married Emilia Aquino in the Philippines.
He is survived by his wife; eight sons, Roberto, Dalmacio Jr., Raul, Franklin and Jerry, all of Aurora, and Amado, Norman and Estelito, all of The Philippines; four daughters, Alicia T. Eloriaga, Remedios Tizon and Susan Meneses, all of Aurora, and Beatriz Tizon, The Philippines; 31 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
