Mrs. Nellie Campbell Passes In Leighton

Mrs. Nellie Bond Campbell, 55, Leighton Route 2, died Saturday afternoon at her residence at 12:20 o'clock after an illness of a year.

Funeral services will be Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Mt. Zion church with Rev. Billy Garsion officiating. Burial will be in Hardshell cemetery.

Surviving are eight sons, James, Noil Lee, Robert L., Jack, Earl, Willie, Homer and J.R., all of Leighton Route 2; six daughters, Esther and Mamie Sue Campbell, Leighton Route 2; Mrs. A.C. Cameron, Moulton Route 1; Mrs. Pride Dawson, Leighton; Mrs. John Dawson, Florence; and Mrs. J.G. Smith, Russellville, her mother, Mrs. Omer Stout, Tuscumbia; 17 grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers.

The body will be at Brown-Service funeral home in Tuscumbia until Monday morning when it will be taken to the residence.

Arrangements are by Brown-Service of Tuscumbia.
