Cause of death: "James McCoy, a conductor on the Tyrone division of the Pennsylvania railroad, fell from his train near VanScoyoc station on the Cambria and Clearfield branch, about 6:45 o'clock Saturday evening, and was instantly killed. His neck was broken"
