RUSSIA NEWS: Last Saturday at 1 o'clock pm the soul of Frank Monnier, winged its flight to God. After a protracted illness caused by a cancerous growth on his back. Mr. Monnier was 44 years old. He leaves a widow and three children. Frank was a good man, respected and well liked by all who knew him. The funeral services was held Monday at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. Moeller. Interment in Russia cemetery.
