Theodore served as a Sergeant & Radio Operator on B-24J #44-40553, 370th Bomber Squadron, 307th Bomber Group, Heavy, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Blair County, Pennsylvania prior to the war.

B-24J #44-40553 took off from Morotai Island, Maluku Island, Indonesia with other B-24's on a bombing over Nielsen Field, Manila, Philippines.

After "bomb's away" this B-24 was seen to have a fire in the front of their bomb bay. Three crew members were seen leaving the plane before it exploded and crashed near Manila. The entire crew was lost.

Theodore was "Killed In Action" on this mission during the war.

He was awarded the Air Medal and the Purple Heart.
