William Hooker born 1660-63 Virginia, Will dated 8 Jan 1716 Chowan County, NC, whose daughter Elizabeth mentioned in the will and son-in-law Samuel Sizemore is a different William; his parents were William Sr. and Mary ___. Also in this will is his wife Elizabeth (not Susannah). William Hooker of Chowan, NC, had Godfrey, Bridgett, William Jr, Ann, Margaret and Jane. The mother of these children was not Martha Ann Cook; she was the wife of Giles Hooker. William Hooker came to Chowan in 1694 from Virginia, his dau Bridgett married Thomas Mann who he died in 1735.
