Married 50 years ago today Mr.
and Mrs. Howard C. Ebert of 1642
Brooklyn Ave. will' celebrate their
golden wedding anniversary Saturday.
At 5 o'clock they will be tendered
a catered dinner by theirchildren
at their home. In the evening
numerous' friends will join
the family circle and bring their
gifts and felicitations to the couple.
Mr. Ebert who is 74 was born in Ohio
and his wife the former Miss Mathilda
Prinz four year younger was born in
Newark NJ. the were married in the
later city Nov 26, 1890 . After living
15 years in Newark they moved to
Brooklyn when Mr. Ebert became connect
with A.G. Spaling and Brothers, from
which he retired as manager of the
football deparment eight years ago.
The Eberts have four Children
Mrs. Elizabeth Christman,
Miss Catherine Ebert, Arthur and
Howard Jr. and five grandchildren,
Robert H, and Harold J. Keller,
Margaret Christman, Margaret Ebert
