Cause of death: Hemorrhage.

From the Fairmont Chronicle/Nebraska Signal Oct.27, 1921:

"William Walworth of Lincoln brought the remains of his father to Fairmont yesterday afternoon for interment. Mr. Walworth died in a Lincoln hospital Tuesday, following a long illness. He was one of Fillmore county's early settlers."

OBITUARY:
Levi Walworth was born in Indiana, August 31, 1834, and died at his home in Lincoln, October 18th, 1921. His wife Sarah J. Walworth, died in November, 1887.

They moved to Nebraska with their family in 1882, settling on a farm near Fairmont, where they resided until the death of Mrs. Walworth.

He is survived by six children: Ed Walworth of Omaha; Julia Bennett of Farmington, Illinois; William Walworth of Lincoln; Arthur J. Walworth of Oakland, California; Mrs. L.W. Hagan of Gregory, S.D.; and Bert Walworth of Dennison, Iowa. One daughter, Winnie Dwyer, who died August 28, 1921.

The remains were brought to Fairmont Thursday, October 20th, and interment made in the local cemetery, where services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock by Rev. Chas. P. Lang of the Methodist church.

We wish to express our appreciation of the sympathy and assistance so freely extended us by old Fairmont friends at the burial of our dear father. We desire to especially thank the singers.
