Greethel married 07 October 1932, Dixon, Webster Co., Kentucky to Clyde Edward ODOM (1906-1984), son of Jepp Newton ODOM and Ideller Catherine BURTON.
Greethel and Clyde had one son, Howard Ray ODOM, still living in Jan 2017.
At the age of 20 when my grandmother was going to marry my grandfather she found out that her birth name was Mary and not Greethel. There was no Greethel Cobb found in the births for the day she was born, only a Mary Cobb.
She then promptly changed her name legally to Greethel Mae Cobb just in time to marry my grandfather and add the name of "Odom" to that. :)
