Marine Dies of Wounds.
Private Gregory Alan Dorian of the marine corps died of wounds received in action April 30, according to telegraphic notification received yesterday from the war department by his mother, Mrs. Annie F. Dorian of 1226 East Sixty-third street. He was 19 years old and enlisted in the marines last May. Prior to his enlistment he was a student in the Hyde Park High school.
"I am proud of my boy," said Mrs. Dorian last night. "I am a widow and he was my only child. He has sacrificed himself for his country, and although the loss seems more than I can bear, I can only say that I could wish nothing more of him."
