Chester - Mrs. Mittie Estelle Amick Wessinger, 44, wife of J. H. Wessinger, died tonight at her home following a long illness. She is survived by her husband, J. H. Wessinger and seven children, David Calhoun Wessinger, John Jacob Wessinger, James Daniel Wessinger, Miss Nannie Myrtle Wessinger, Robert Eugene Wessinger, Henry Melvin Wessinger, George Luther Wessinger, all of Chester; three brothers, Ollie J. Amick of Columbia; Oscar Earle Amick of Ballentine; Samuel E. Amick of Prosperity and three sisters, Mrs. Hattie Bauknight of Newberry, Mrs. Viola McCartha of Little Mountain and Mrs. Pearl Louis Killian of White Rock. She was a member of the Eureka Methodist church. Funeral arrangements tonight are incomplete, but will be held Thursday at Eureka Methodist church, at Hemlock Station near Chester. The hour will be announced later. The burial will be made in Olympia cemetery in Columbia. The Rev George S. Duffie, pastor will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Martin T.
