Beatrice, 82, of Breckenridge, MI passed away Saturday, September 21st, 2013 at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI.
A Memorial Service was held at the Breckenridge United Methodist Church on Wednesday, September 25th with Pastor Paul Thomas officiating.
Beatrice was born in Emerson Township, Michigan the daughter of George and Leona (Solomon) Coston.
Beatrice married James Royal Acton on March 25, 1950. He preceded her in death on September 13, 1989.
On December 4, 2004, Beatrice married Arthur Fisher.
Bea was a member of the Breckenridge United Methodist Church for 53 years. She was very good at knitting and crocheting. She sewed pillows & blankets for the Gratiot Community Hospital for many years.
She enjoyed traveling and dancing. She loved spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband Art Fisher; daughter Linda (Thomas) Carstensen; son Gregory (Karen) Acton; grandchildren Amy (Marcus) O'Brien, Jason (Tracy) Carstensen, Amber (Matthew) Torline, Justin (Serena) Acton, Kyle (Danielle) Acton; sister Helen (William) Morris; brothers Leo (Lois) Coston & Ronald (Ruthann) Coston.
Bea was preceded in death by her parents and son Mark David Acton.
Memorials may be made to the St. Louis or Ithaca Senior Center or Breckenridge United Methodist Church.
