In "Plymouth Colony Its History & People" by Eugene Aubrey Stratton, on Pg. 312 there is evidence that the first child of Henry Cobb by his wife Patience Hurst was born 7 June 1632 [in Plymouth]. The story goes on to state that James Hurst named, in his will of 10 December 1657, his grandson John Cobb, among others. This seems to coincide nicely with what is presented in "The Great Migration Begins] that John Cobb, b. Plymouth 7 June 1632, is the first child of Henry and Patience (Hurst) Cobb. Henry (#38873918) and Patience (#29347942) are both buried in the Lothrop Hill Cemetery in Barnstable.
