Robert W. Breymaier
Robert W. Breymaier, 81, of Fremont, OH, and formerly of East Toledo, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2001, in St. Charles/Mercy Hospital. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of WWII, serving on the attack transport, Hunter Ligget.
Mr. Breymaier was employed for 37 years with the Dana Corporation, retiring from the millwright department in 1978. Bob was member of Lotus Lodge #625 F&AM, Port Lawrence Chapter, Vistula Council, Scottish Rite, Christ Dunberger American Legion Post, The Izak Walton League, National Rifle Association and past member of several area sportsmen's clubs. He also was an amateur radio operator, K8LBI.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy; son, Terry (Mary) Breymaier; step-daughter, Kendra (Jeff) Stevens; grandchildren, James "Rob" and Meredith Breymaier; step-grandchildren, Jennifer and Jordan Jorns; and special friends, Emma Barnett and Bernie Davis. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Aileen.
Friends may call at the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road at Starr Avenue, Oregon, OH, on Sunday from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. Lotus Lodge services will be conducted on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Interment will take place in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Alzheimers and Related Disorders or to the charity of the donor's choice.
