At the age of 12 she joined the Presbyterian church and was a member for 82 years, the oldest living member at the time the Wrightsboro church was torn down some years ago.
The body was brought to Gonzales by Seydler funeral home Saturday afternoon where a prayer was held before going to Wrightsboro for services at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Baptist church there. Conducting the last rites were the Rev. J. C. Harris, pastor of the Wrightsboro church, and the Rev. Lawrence K. Brown, pastor of the Lockhart Methodist church.
