Elmo Ward Olinger, age 97 of Oakland, passed away at at Charleston Rehab and Healthcare Center in Charleston.
Elmo was born the son of Walter Olinger and Lily (Jordan) Olinger Sheehan. He married Rose M. Kleiss on August 16, 1942 in Arcola, Illinois.
Survivors include one daughter, two sons, seventeen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, a son Walter (Buck) Olinger, four brothers, three sisters and one great grandchild.
Elmo enjoyed fishing, hunting and loved to travel.
Burial at the Oakland Cemetery in Oakland.
