Frank Rephann
Frostburg, Sept, 21 - Frank Rephann, 75,
died at 4:30 a.m. Sunday, after an illness
of seven weeks.
A son of the late Henry and Mary Rephann
of Eckhart, he was a lifetime resident of this
section and for over fifty years was employed
as an electrician for the Consolidation Coal
Company.
Besides his widow, the former Miss Sarah
Alice Cline, he leaves the following children:
Carl Rephann, Akron, OH; Mrs Harry Winner, Mrs.
William Eisel, Alfred and Clarence Rephann of this city.
He was a brother of Frederick, Conrad, Henry,
Mrs. Mary Ann Porter, Mrs. Mollie Wolford, Eckhart,
and Mrs. Sophia Engle, Clarysville.
Mr. Rephann is the third member to die within
the past year, a brother George, died in February and
another brother Philip, died in April.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, at
2:30 p.m. from the family home on Welsh street.
Rev Winthrope Stilwell, pastor of the First
Baptist Church, and Rev W.B. Orndorf, pastor of the
Eckhart Baptist Church will conduct the services.
Interment will be in Allegany Cemetery.
Mr. and Mrs. Rephann would have been married fifty years today.
