Agatha Lena Sublett 82 of Glasgow, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Barren County Health Care in Glasgow. She was born in Glasgow the daughter of the late Jonah Starks and Effie Martin.

She attended school in Barren County and was a licensed beautician and was retired from Glasgow State ICF. She loved to cook for family and friends. She was a dedicated wife and mother and a generous and caring person to all that new her. Agatha was a wonderful "Granny" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church and attended Johnson Chapel CME Church.

She is survived by her husband Edward Milton Sublett; 4 daughters Charlotte Ann Boards of Glasgow, Linda Sublett-Buckner (Leroy) of Glasgow, Vivian Sublett-Franklin (Wendell) of Cave City and Myra Sublett-Hayes (Ricky) of Glasgow; 2 sons Oliver Lendford Bush (Betty) of Hardyville and George Roundtree of Bowling Green; 6 Grandchildren: LaKeisha Dawn Myer, LaTasha Buckner-Voskuhl, Oliver Charles Bush, LeAndra K. Buckner, Jason Tyler Maxey and Brittany Agatha Duff; a niece Vanessa Martin, a great nephew Justin Roundtree and her caregivers Rachel Rock and Barbara Shaw.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Mildred Olene Martin and a brother Cecil Martin.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Barlow Cemetery.
