OVERMAN RITES CONDUCTED AT ELMA
ELMA, Oct. 6 -- (Special) Funeral services, for Nathan Overman, 77, who died Monday in Hoquiam, were conducted at 10:30 o'clock this morning at the Elma Whiteside chapel with Rev. Thomas Hepworth officiating. Interment was in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
Overman was born February 14, 1871, in Clay county, Kas.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J. A. Cooley of Portland and Mrs. D. R. Claus of Astoria; son, Bert Overman of McCleary; one grandchild; two brothers, James and Wesley Overman, both of Walla Walla; sisters, Mrs. Stella Luna of Lewiston, Ida., Mrs. Mabel Tull of Walla Walla and Mrs. Lottie McKnight of Hillsboro, Ore.
