Dicy was born January 22, 1917 to Frank & Amelia N. Davenport Davis in Bergheim, Texas in Kendall County.
She was a longtime resident of Woodville and had worked as a LVN at Tyler County Hospital, Holiday Pines Nursing Home and Woodville Convalescent Center. She was a very talented artist.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, J.O. Collins and George Huling.
She is survived by her special nieces, Loretta Smith and Elaine Lee; numerous other nieces and nephews and step-daughter, Doris Anderson.
