In Moxee City, she met her future husband, Aime 'Peter' Regimbal and they were married in 1923.
In 1925, her husband and his brothers Xavier and Donat, constructed a concrete building which over the years served Moxee City as a grocery store. Aime also served a term as mayor.
In March of 1931 Viola gave birth to their first child, Patrick Aime. In November, she gave birth to another boy, Michael.
In 1945, 14 and a half year old Patrick died; 8 months later, her husband passed. She erected a single monument to them both and they are buried together.
Viola died in Ketchikan, Alaska in 1971. Her body was returned to Washington, and she rests near the graves of her family. - M Fortier
