Services for William Randolf Blair, 72, 1215 W. 11th St., who died Friday night at Coffeyville Memorial Hospital will be 2 pm Monday at the Ford Wulf Bruns Colonial Chapel.

He was born December 9, 1909 in Edna the son of Randolf C. and Grace (Dunaway) Blair. He spent his early youth in Mound Valley and attended school there.

Mr. Blair joined the US Navy in 1928 serving during World War II in the South Pacific and was discharged in 1948 as a junior grade lieutenant.

He married Jennie Marie Bracken on May 28, 1931 in Oswego. During Mr. Blairs service in the Navy they lived on the west coast and spent two years in China. After Mr. Blairs discharge, they moved to Coffeyville where he worked for Continental Can Company, Olin Dixon Manufacturing, and Funk Manufacturing Company where he worked in the drafting department. He retired in 1972.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, William Michael of Tulsa; Terrence Lee of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and Kevin Patrick of the home; and four grandchildren.

Burial will be a the North Edna Cemetery in Edna.
