On February 28, 2007 the angels came and guided our beloved Dad and Pa Pa Anthony "Tony" Pedrotti Sr. to his eternal resting place in heaven. A devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend Tony joyously and lovingly enriched the lives of everyone he came in contact with.

He was born in San Antonio on February 17, 1924 to the late Olivia and Constatino Pedrotti and was the eleventh of thirteen children. Tony served on the USS NASSAU during World War II. He joined the SAFD in 1947 and retired in 1988 after 41 years of service. He was a devoted and active member of the Fire and Policemens Pensioners Association and the Fire Fighters Union. During the era when the Fire Fighters annual Labor Day Picnic was a popular "happening" here in San Antonio Tony was instrumental in making the "Picnic" a big success year after year.

Tony is survived by his three children, Carolyn Dudley and husband John, Shirley Hoskins and husband Alfredo and Anthony Pedrotti Jr., six grandchildren, Monica Ledesma and Christopher, Christina Ward and husband Christopher, Michael Hoskins and fiance Liz, Sabrina Rinaldi and husband Jeff, Anthony Pedrotti III and Cary Pedrotti, five great-grandchildren, Corina Mallett, Danielle Ledesma, Arianna Ramirez, Christian Rinaldi and Christopher Ward Jr., sisters Annie, Margaret and Vicki, brother David, numerous nieces and nephews and life long friend Ray Miller. Dad/Pa Pa the light in our lives has greatly dimmed with your passing but we know that you will be waiting for us and when our times comes you will be there to brightly light our path and lovingly welcome us home, just as you always did when you were here on Earth.
