PLEASANT RIDGE RIPPLES.
On the 29th of April, after a long and painful illness, Mrs. Keziah Munns crossed the dark river into the wonderful world beyond. Everything was done for her that medical science could devise or willing hands administer, but without avail; she had been in very poor health for several years with rheumatism. For about six years she had been unable to walk and had moved about the house in an invalid's chair. Her funeral was preached at the house by Rev. Mr. Collins, her old time friend and pastor, to a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends, after which her body was consigned to the grave in Pleasant Ridge cemetery. She was 70 years old, being one of the pioneers of the county, her parents having moved here from Indiana when she was very young. She leaves two sons, one daughter, two sisters and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her departure.—Citizen.
