Thomas came over from Schmitsch, Germany in 1883 at the age of 19.

Thomas parents were: Tomasza Lempka (May 1832 - Nov 13 1906) & Franciszki Frances Garleigh Lempka (March 09 1837 - Nov 17 1892).

He married Albina Helfair on Feb. 10 1888. Their Children were: Peter Lempka, Matthew Lempka, Adam Lempka, Bertha Lempka, Stanislaus Standa Lempka, Rosalie M. Lempka, August Charles Lempka, Ivan Lempka, William Lempka, Paul Lempka, Theodore Lempka. Albina passed away from Pneumonia in 1908.

Thomas wed Julianna "Jurlanda" Thoma on Feb. 8th 1909.

Their children were: Theodore Lempka, Con Lempke, Veronica Lempke, Roman Sylvester Lempka, Regina Lempka Pella, Agnes Lempka, Monica T. Lempka, Margarete Lempka, Victoria Lempka Hupka was a twin with Victor Lempka.

The last name Lempke/Lempka was interchangable over the years. Lempke is the german form, Lempka is the polish form. His parents and wives came from an old german/polish speaking town.
